Therapy for Burnout & Stress

Specialized support for high achievers, executives, and professionals in high-pressure environments.

Do any of these statements resonate?

  • You feel under pressure to perform.

  • You feel you’re holding everything together on your own.

  • You’re worried about what would happen if you slowed down.

  • You feel stressed all the time.

  • You feel unable to disconnect from work and stay present with your loved ones.

  • You feel disconnected from your body and/or emotions.

  • Your unable to say no at work.

  • You feel exhausted/ overwhelmed/ low energy all the time.

If so, I can help. I understand this world personally. Before doing this work, I spent years in corporate environments — first as a lawyer, then in the tech industry. I know the pace, the expectations, the unspoken pressure to always deliver, and the difficulty of stepping off the treadmill. This lived experience allows me to meet high-achieving professionals with genuine understanding, not theory and, to offer support that fits the reality of your life.

How Does Therapy Help?

Here, we slow down differently. We honor your mind while learning to work with what your body already knows — releasing stored tension and restoring balance. No forcing. No fixing. Just learning to listen, trust, and let your system reset.

Together, we build practical tools to regulate stress, establish boundaries that hold, and reconnect with what your body is telling you, so you can respond rather than constantly react. So you can return feeling clear, grounded, and fully yourself. So you can lead from that place again.

FAQs

  • This is more common than you might think. When stress or trauma has been present for a long time, the nervous system can learn to turn down sensation as a way to cope and survive. Using Somatic Experiencing®, we don’t force feeling, we gently and slowly build awareness over time. We start with simple, accessible experiences like breath, posture, or external sensations, allowing your system to safely reconnect with your body at its own pace. Feeling “nothing” isn’t a problem, it’s just where we start.

  • It’s very common for people in high-demand lives to feel they have no time for themselves. If this work is calling you, it can be meaningful to gently ask: what makes it hard to create space for your own wellbeing? Often, that question is part of the work itself.

That said, life happens. Missing a session from time to time is completely okay. We’ll create a rhythm that feels realistic and supportive for you, one that prioritizes your healing without adding pressure. What matters most is your ongoing commitment to showing up for yourself, even in small ways.
